For the past five years, a collective known as Enterprise Tech 30 has worked to identify the most promising startups in enterprise technology, as determined by an invitation-only group of venture capitalists.
This year, Carta is offering data to contextualize the fundraising metrics for companies in the ET30 universe, including data about their valuations and cash raised. The following analysis includes every company receiving a vote from a survey, if they are also a Carta customer.
Overall, the ET30 companies on Carta raised $1.0B in Q1 2023, compared to the total $9.9B raised last quarter. These totals are down 92% and 82%, respectively, from Q4 2021.
