Since releasing our Board Approvals feature, we’ve received a lot of great feedback from customers, so we made a few more tweaks.
Over the past few months, we’ve had hundreds of customers using the first version of our board management product. We’ve kept relatively quiet about board management while gathering feedback and have been making regular updates and improvements to the product. We’re just getting started, but we’ve already streamlined thousands of meetings and approvals. We’re bullish about Carta’s ability to save founders and board members even more time while improving the quality of board meetings.
Currently, board management helps you simplify 3 key processes:
1. Approve resolutions with electronic signatures
2. Securely share documents, like board packets
3. Share and track board meeting agendas on web and mobile
We’ll have updates to all these features in 2019 and are continuing to offer early-access pricing to existing Carta customers. We’ll share a lot more about our plans and why we built our board product in 2019.
