The event is finished.

We’re simplifying fund formations and getting more venture investors to their first close.

Join us on Wednesday, November 17th at 10am PT for a discussion with Rachel ten Brink from Red Bike Capital and Anita C. Roberts from Silicon Hills Capital on how Carta helps GPs launch their funds. They’ll be joined by Andrew Brown, Director of the Pre-Close Services team, Rita Astoor, Partnerships for Investor Services at Carta, and Michael Wu, fund formation partner at law firm Winston & Strawn.

The panel will discuss how you can form and close your fund faster and how Carta’s simplified processes allow fund managers to do more.

Together, the panelists will examine the complicated regulatory and legal landscape governing venture fund formations and how Carta simplifies the process. Carta works with fund managers to form legal entities, open bank accounts, obtain tax IDs, provide template legal documents, and onboard investors to make launching a fund easy.  Carta’s Pre-Close Services also guides fund managers through operational questions, such as budgeting and portfolio construction.

We look forward to seeing you at our virtual event.
