David Kim

David is the Chief Delivery Officer at Carta. Prior to joining Carta, David was the Chief Operating Officer at LexisNexis North America, a leading B2B information and data provider. Before LexisNexis, David held various executive positions at hi5 Networks (a social networking start-up) and Harcourt Education, a leading education publisher and testing platform. David started his career as a corporate attorney with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and Sullivan & Cromwell, and as a management consultant with the Boston Consulting Group.

David graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with an A.B. in Economics and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
