Paige Bailey serves as Carta’s Chief People Officer where she works with the executive team to drive growth, aligning talent strategies with business objectives. Paige and her team use data and people-first approaches to create an inclusive, engaging, and innovative company culture where all Carta employees feel empowered to do their best work.
Under Paige’s leadership as Chief People Officer, Carta’s latest employee voice survey shows that 90 percent of employees are proud to work at Carta and 92 percent feel that their manager demonstrates inclusive leadership behaviors. And, in her nearly five years on the People team at Carta, the company has grown from 200 employees to nearly 2,000 and the average tenure of employees has increased.
Paige is a SHRM Certified Professional and, prior to joining Carta, led HR teams at XANT and One on One Marketing. She is a graduate of Utah State University’s Jon M. Huntsman School of Business where she studied Human Resource Management.
