What it is
Once requests go out, Claude keeps track of each company for you, grouping them as not sent, waiting, needs your review, or done. You can also change or add the files and metrics, including your firm's own, requested from one company or many.
Why it matters
GPs can run each quarter's collection for the whole portfolio from one conversation and quickly see which companies still owe numbers.

Install the Carta Investors Plugin from the Anthropic marketplace, then ask Claude to help set up Data Collection for your firm.
