What it is
With the Carta Investors Plugin, you can now build and search your firm's documents from Claude. Drop your files into Claude and say you want them uploaded to Carta. Carta's Document Intelligence tool classifies each document and extracts its key terms, such as share classes and amounts from an SPA, or management fees and carry from an LPA.
To find a document later, ask in plain language, such as "get me the latest SPA." Claude finds the right document and either saves it to your downloads or gives you a link.
Why it matters
You can now build and query your document library by dropping in files and asking questions in natural language. Because Carta reads each document when you add it, a specific agreement is one request away, even in a large library.
How it works
Uploads and downloads use your existing Carta permissions. Extracted data from each upload also becomes available in your Data Warehouse.
