Currently, most of Carta’s liquidity software is built and designed for US-incorporated companies. Carta has worked with international customers in the past, and would be happy to learn more about your needs on a call with our onboarding team.
For US-incorporated companies, Carta runs end-to-end secondary transactions directly on the cap table. In select international countries, the platform can act as an information agent, handling communication and logistics while transaction execution follows local processes.
