What it is
The fund modeling microapp now supports multiple realization points for a single position instead of modeling one full exit. Within each portfolio company, the new Exit Plan tab enables you to choose the percentage of the position sold and the sale valuation. The microapp carries the remaining position through your overall exit schedule, previewing the combined impacts on returns.
Why it matters
Fund managers can model staged or partial sales for portfolio companies that exit in tranches, without building a separate model for each scenario.
