What it is
The skill shows each company’s valuation status in a portfolio dashboard, with flags for financing rounds and secondary transactions since its last valuation. You can create draft valuations for one company or many at once, starting from a suggested plan. Previous periods roll forward with refreshed data.
Why it matters
You can run a full quarter-end cycle from one conversation instead of working on one company at a time, and see which holdings are out of date before the close. The skill confirms every change with you and updates it in Carta.
How it works
The skill is available to all Carta Valuations clients. Say "work on my valuations" to start. It supports all enterprise value and allocation methods and runs in Claude Desktop or Excel.
