What it is
You can now attach supporting documents and written commentary directly to each valuation version in Carta. Drag and drop files onto a valuation, download or delete them by filename, and edit plain-text commentary from the valuation header.
Why it matters
Fund managers and valuation analysts can keep the full supporting record alongside the valuation figures in one place. Commentary appears on both PDF and Excel exports, so reviewers and auditors see the analyst's rationale without needing a separate document.
