What it is
The GP Entities section now shows firm-wide totals for carry accrued, carry distributed, and members with carry. Individual GP entities also show Carry Issued and Carry % Verified. Expand any entity to see a per-member breakdown, or switch to the member view to see each member's total carry across all entities in the firm. You can also review and update carry percentages for each entity with a self-serve Carta task.
Why it matters
GPs and managing partners can assess carry exposure across the full firm without pulling individual entity reports. Every GP entity appears in the view, including those that haven't yet enabled GP Carry Tracking. If splits need an update, you can correct them directly from the dashboard.
How it works
Once you submit updated carry splits, Carta's Fund Administration team reviews them before they take effect.
