How We Work

Meet Carta’s Fund Admin team

Div Shivesh

At the end of 2017, we realized that fund administration was broken. VCs and LPs didn’t have real-time visibility into their investments.  So, we launched fund administration that would leverage the real-time company equity data already on Carta. Today, Carta serves over 500 venture capital firms and 1600+ VC entities, administering over $15B+ in assets.

Carta has built a team with substantial fund administration expertise. Our fund administration leadership team brings over 50 years of combined experience to Carta. These industry leaders provide best-in-class service alongside Carta’s industry-leading technology.
