Clients on Carta Launch can easily upgrade to a Carta Premium Plan in two ways:
1. Upgrade online

Launch companies can upgrade to a paid premium plan directly through their Carta account

Your partner referral discount will automatically be applied to the company’s first year on a premium plan
Navigate to ‘Compliance’ → ‘409a’ → ‘Upgrade Now’
Choose a plan
Client signs contract, enters credit card or ACH information, and features will automatically be upgraded.
2. Talk with a Carta Account Executive
Launch companies that have questions about upgrading their plan or would like to discuss the various subscription offerings should contact partnersales@carta.com to schedule a meeting with a Carta account executive.
