What it is
Compensation scorecards built on live Carta data now render directly in Claude. An org-level rollup shows what percent of your workforce is low, mid, or high versus the market, drawing from the same data available in Carta Total Compensation. A per-employee table breaks it down further, with compa-ratios, market percentiles, and bands for each person, filterable by job area, level, or manager and IC track.
Why it matters
With this release, HR and comp leaders can get an instant read on overall compensation without exporting data or building manual analysis. The per-employee view pinpoints exactly who's underpaid and by how much, so you can prioritize equity refreshes and take action before a formal review cycle.
How it works
Compensation scorecards are open to all customers with an active Carta Total Compensation subscription, using the Cap Table Plugin in Claude.
