What it is
Every LPA for your funds on Carta is now available as structured, searchable data. You can sort, filter and search by fund to see management fee, carry, and other key terms. Each LPA shows the full LP list including entity type and commitment. Side letter data includes the investor and economic provisions, like reduced management fees. Hover over any value to see its source in the original PDF.
Why it matters
GPs reviewing fund terms can pull structured data from LPAs and side letters directly rather than opening documents. With all key terms in one sortable view, you can compare management fee and carry structures across funds or see which LPs have negotiated modifications to standard terms.
How it works
Available to all Fund Admin customers with at least one LPA or side letter uploaded to Carta. Extracted fields are accessible in the Carta data warehouse and through the Carta Investors Plugin.
