This is the ManCo Budgeting microapp, available with Carta's Investors Plugin for Claude. Budget targets live in spreadsheets. Actuals live in the GL. Claude generates a local web app that combines them into one up-to-date view, yours to drill into and customize.
Upload your workbook. The microapp maps every line item to your chart of accounts, sub-accounts, and reporting tags. The dashboard opens with a firm-level P&L, budget targets against live Carta actuals, management fee projections, and expense variances. See detailed budget vs.
actuals side-by-side. Drill into any line item for more detail, including the source journal entries. Customize the app with Claude. For example, add a variance percentage column alongside the dollar variance.
