What companies are eligible?

Carta Launch is for startups with under 25 stakeholders and less than $1 million raised. You can sign up yourself, or if you’re partnering with a law firm, they can help you through the process.

What can I do with Carta Launch?

You'll be able to build your company's foundation, establish your cap table, access educational resources tailored to early-stage founders, and start fundraising—all for free.

What happens when I outgrow Carta Launch?

Your company can grow without the need to change to a new platform. If your company has more than 25 stakeholders, has raised more than $1M, or needs a 409A valuation, you can easily upgrade in-product to one of our plans priced for early-stage companies.
