What it is

Carta now generates ILPA V2-compliant capital account statements for your LPs, delivered as Excel files in the standard ILPA template. Carta validates NAV reconciliation before delivery and each statement includes QTD, YTD, and ITD rollforward.

Why it matters

ILPA V2 is required for all LP reporting beginning Q1 2026, as ILPA has retired the prior reporting template. Fund managers receive ILPA V2-compliant statements ready for LP distribution.
