PE-backed UK companies can now issue Growth Shares on Carta. Growth share and hurdle value terminology applies across all Carta surfaces — the cap table, ledger, drafting forms, document sets, and signing tasks.
Why it matters
Growth Shares are the primary equity instrument for PE-backed UK and European companies. UK PE-backed companies can now manage Growth Shares in the same system as the rest of their cap table.
