As we kick off a new year, everyone feels pretty optimistic about startup fundraising. Now look—that may just be the collective haze from champagne and eggnog. But as the data above shows, at least when it comes to AI startups, VCs are starting to put money behind their words.

And hey, those non-AI valuations aren't too shabby either.
