Founders - fall fundraising is on. Use our data on valuations and round sizes to help you negotiate with investors.

Primary rounds only, raised since June 1st.

The pre-seed figures are for companies using post-money SAFEs and raising between $500K-$2M. Apologies in advance if you have a different definition of pre-seed.

Also big caveat - this is for 𝘀𝗼𝗳𝘁𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 companies only. Excludes hardware, biotech, etc.

To the data!

𝗣𝗿𝗲-𝗦𝗲𝗲𝗱

  • $11M median valuation cap with $1.2M raised

  • Most active part of the venture market

𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗲𝗱

  • $3.7M raised on a $14.8M pre-money valuation

  • Median valuations are now close to 2021 levels, though number of rounds is far below peak (valuations not adjusted for inflation)

  • $10.8M raised on $43M pre-money valuation

  • Vals up from earlier in the year but round volume sluggish

  • $22.9M on $116M valuation

  • Actually a little decline recently

  • $30M raised on $258M pre-money val

  • Not a lot of rounds happening here, still a very constricted market
