Soft launching my favorite new program today: Friends @ Carta
Our Carta Total Compensation product is built on over 300,000 employee records. We then layer in machine learning to build out compensation bands for hundreds of startup roles. We have numbers for companies still in garage stage all the way up to unicorns (but no public company info).
So why open up this magic inbox?
We realized that we were doing this for our IRL friends - over text, screenshots, and DMs. And that was cool. But wouldn’t it be cooler if everyone across startups had better information going into discussion about compensation?
And yes, we know you can get some compensation data in other places. The advantage in our data is this is generated from the company HRIS systems instead of self-reported surveys. Plus our equity data is second to none.
