"This is the frothiest market I've ever seen" — every mega-fund VC these days.
Edward Suh is damn right about this contradiction in his full tweet. The frothy market that seems to be guiding all decisions is a concentrated, tiny slice of venture.
His full tweet went on to mention that the investors who are pushing this narrative are not being dishonest — they are just exposed to the most consensus deals on a regular basis.
And where are those deals?
In San Francisco. For AI companies.
Will the best exits come from the middle of this froth? Or will non-consensus deals. end up outperforming?
We'll know in 10 years 🙏
