As everyone on X spent yesterday creating Studio Ghibli-fied versions of their favorite memes and selfies, it struck me that this will also change the infographics world I live in day to day.

Is it perfect? No, no definitely not. Numbers are wrong, placement isn't quite right, etc. But I didn't prompt beyond a one-sentence line and I'm sure with some time and attention it could get very close.
Stuff you could probably do now:
Extract numbers from chart segments that have no labels
Rebrand graphics into different company styles with little effort
Mix in your own ideas as overlays on top of existing graphics
I used to get pretty heated about folks using my content without attribution - but is that frustration wasted in a world where image remixing is so simple?
If it doesn't come with the Carta logo, we didn't make it 😅
