Happy June 1st - let's check in on startup valuations so far this quarter.

𝗦𝗲𝗲𝗱 (𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘀)

  • Basically flat valuations ($13M tp $12.7M)

  • Smaller rounds sizes

𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗔

  • Valuations again basically flat

  • Round sizes also pretty much stable

  • Have we found a new equilibrium here?

𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗕

  • Both valuations and cash are well up over last quarter!

  • Not sure why! Anyone have ideas here? Not a lot of volume, but still.

  • real drops from already low numbers in Q1

All data for US startups and Q2 numbers only take into account data from April and May.
